Luna Pilates
A space built
from an empty shell.
Luna began as nothing — just concrete floors, bare walls, and the belief that movement deserves a beautiful home.

Why Luna exists
I didn’t build Luna because I wanted to run a Pilates studio. I built it because I couldn’t find a space that felt right. Most studios felt transactional — you arrive, you exercise, you leave. There was no room for stillness. No space for art. No permission to just be.
Luna is different. It is a studio where art hangs on the walls. Where the lighting is soft and intentional. Where you can stay after class and just sit. Where movement and stillness are given equal weight.
The philosophy
Pilates is not about perfect bodies. It is about learning to move with intention. About understanding your own strength. About finding control in chaos. These are the same principles that guide my art practice.
At Luna, we don’t shout. We don’t compete. We don’t push past pain. We move slowly. We breathe deeply. We build strength that lasts — not just in the body, but in the mind.
The space
Every detail was chosen with intention. The warm white walls that hold rotating exhibitions of original artwork. The concrete floors polished by hand. The equipment arranged to maximize light and flow. The small corner with chairs and books — because rest is part of practice.
Luna is a living, breathing space. It changes as the art changes. It grows as the community grows. It is never finished — and that is exactly the point.
